Terre Nature - Saint Medard SUR Ille

On the ground floor: a living room including the kitchen, its dining area and a lounge. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 180X200 bed, a bedroom with a 140X190 bed and a 90X190 bed, a bathroom with large shower, double sinks and WC. Parking on the property. 18 km from Rennes, this gîte located in the owners' farmhouse was renovated in 2023 with natural materials (raw earth, hemp) to offer you a healthy living environment in a preserved natural environment in the Breton countryside. Bright with a south-facing exposure, you will appreciate its warm, elegant and relaxed atmosphere. Perfectly equipped, this vacation rental offers a private outdoor space with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue, and shares a large lawn garden with its guests and their small animals (chickens). You will quickly reach the Ille et Rance Canal towpath for beautiful walking and cycling outings, you are 6.5 km from the Boulet pond, a Natura 2000 classified site, with numerous outdoor leisure activities on site: hiking , fishing, kayaking and swimming (sandy beach equipped and supervised in the summer months).

Gîte cosy en plaine nature

Logement très agréable, très bien équipé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et chaleureuses. Le poêle dans le salon apporte de la douceur pour les soirée au coin du feu. L’emplacement est parfait pour s’aventurer au Nord (Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, Dinan) comme au Sud (Rennes,…). Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et arrangeants. Nous conseillons ce gîte pour vos séjours en Bretagne!
