「This is a beautiful traditional style French house of the region. It is a bit rustic in places, but absolutely packed with charm and character. The location is amazing - what you see in the photos is exactly how it is. The river is a 60-second walk away with easy access in and out of the water. The village is pretty, quiet and within 10 minutes drive of a E.Leclere supermarket and the main road. There are no frills but the layout of the house was perfect for 2 families and it is spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need. 「Endroit calme et reposant avec jeux extérieurs pour les enfants, grand espace de pelouse et très belle piscine extérieure. Très belle vue sur les chevaux dans les prés. Pour les courses, il faut prendre la voiture et ne rien oublier car rien du tout aux alentours ! Maison conforme à la description. Petit bémol : 1 seule salle de bains pour 8 mais on se débrouille. Propriétaire bien à l'écoute ayant même mis à disposition un lit pliant pour le bébé, un transat et chaise haute. Parfait」

「The property was very comfortable and well equipped, a 15 minute walk to the centre of Tremolat across the bridge. The garden and field between the house and river are lovely -lots of birds and butterflies. The tables inside and in the garden were great for our party of 5 and would be fine for 6 to 8. We wound recommended to anyone😊」
