The "Les Dunes" property is a 3-room, 60 square meter house with two levels, facing the south-west direction. The living/dining room is tastefully furnished with a dining table, digital TV, international TV channels, and radio. It has an exit leading to the garden and terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, as well as an exit to the terrace. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on the same level. The upper floor consists of one room with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), and another room with a bed (90 cm, length 190 cm) and a sofa bed (120 cm, length 190 cm).
