This 320 m² villa, which is typical of 'Belle Epoque' architecture (1912), has been completely refurbished in 2010 while preserving the character and charm of this exceptional mansion. On the South-East side, the atmosphere is in line with the peace of its private park of 1,800 m² planted with pine trees, holm oaks and strawberry trees.
