Nice villa in a quiet location

Nice place to get away from it all. Great pool and fantastic views. 10 minute walk to the village in the morning for croissant and baguettes. The village itself is very small and has 1 restaurant, so book in advance!

Overall, our stay was disappointing. At first glance, the property looked appealing, but we quickly discovered that it was in poor condition, with several defects and missing items that had been advertised (such as the children’s swing and playhouse). The check-in was chaotic—we were given the wrong key and received no proper explanation of the house. Cleanliness and maintenance were inadequate, and we even encountered rats in both the master and upstairs bedrooms at night, causing significant stress and discomfort. Despite all these issues, the host later charged us 600 for alleged damages.

Holiday with 2 families

We had a lovely stay in this villa. The location was great, quiet but not too remote. We visited the shop and one of the restaurants in the village which were great. The villa was a great size and layout for two families with teenagers. Plenty of parking and we felt safe and secure. The pool was large and surrounding area was lovely with a covered area for shade.

Superbe séjour, nous avons profité du calme qu'offre cette maison. Son emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région ; des commerces à 5 min à pieds, lac et activités à 20 min en voiture, plage de Fréjus à 30 min et de nombreuses ballades et randonnées.

Fabulous villa in a gorgeous area close to amenities and not far from a water park and lakes .

The villa was perfect . There were 6 adults and 3 children and plenty of room for us all. Pool was lush and had inflatables . The kitchen was well equipped and there was lots of space to eat outside. We all had a fab time.

A wonderful villa in a tranquil location!

We have just arrived back from a superb two weeks at Mas Ficelle! The property was everything we expected and more! Clean, well-equipped, well-maintained and a lovely setting. Pool area was superb and we spent many happy hours swimming and playing table tennis. Ideal location for the local village and easy drive to Fayence (where we ate some wonderful meals!) and Frejus (popular beach resort). Definitely recommend to any family and could easily accommodate additional adults and children. Will hopefully be going back next year!!

Lovely house and gardens in great location.

The house and gardens were excellent - spacious and well maintained. The pool was lovely and the other outside facilities - table tennis & boules - are enough to keep an active family entertained. The location was great, with short distances to the coast and tourist destinations (we visited St Tropez, Port Grimaud, Cannes and Monte Carlo). Closer to home, the villages of Fayence and Tourettes are beautiful and the town of Grasse is worth a visit. St Paul en Foret is a quiet village, but with a butcher, baker, bar and restaurant there's enough to experience French life on the doorstep.
