Cocoonr agency offers you this charming house for rent in Saint-Philibert, less than a kilometer from the beach, with Wi-Fi (fibre optic), a surface area of 160 m² and capacity for up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath), and a partially enclosed garden of approximately 1,200 m². Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.

On the ground floor:

- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite bathroom + WC
- A small lounge with TV.
The television is only available for access to streaming platforms (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) via your own personal accounts. We do not provide a connection to these services.
