"When you are short for time you want a really nice place and no hassle. This property was perfect, comfortable and relaxing, definitely recommended!Staying meters from the beach with very little noise (birds and crickets mostly) and a great view from above was a real plus - relaxing yet lively, we didn't feel we needed to go anywhere. "Lovely apparment inside, very modern and well equipped. Outside at the rear could be tidied up a bit, and the residential road it is on, while not bad or dangerous in any way, is not as upmarket as you would expect for a property like this. It is the only property of its type and way better than any other property on the road. "We had a week in the House with three teens. The pool area is amazing with wodden padio. The connection in the house between in inside area and the outside works Very Well. Beds and showers are Very good and we played no less than 30 table tennis games outside. Swimming in the Lake is amazing and the Walk to the Local shop is less than 10 min away. We loved our stay and the host couple - one week was too little and we will surely be back."

"We had a great time, the house is amazing with a huge pool and the view is unbelievable Only a few minutes walk to the lake and a few minutes walk to the shops The hosts were so friendly , I definitely recommend to stay there "

"Sehr schön gelegener Bungalow mit 20minütiger Autofahrt nach Genf und an die Badestellen des Genfersees. Dazu 5minütige Entfernung zum Supermarkt und einem sehr guten Bäcker. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!"

"Perfect accomodation for 2couples. Spacious and spotlessly clean. Great bathrooms. Close to shops and restaurants. Close to bike tracks ( which are provided) and lakeside walks. Only suggestion is that a washing machine and dryer would make it perfect."

"Eigenaar was moeilijk bereikbaar. Daarnaast maar 1 handdoek per persoon voor een hele week. Ook ontbrak beddengoed voor masterbedroom. Gemeld, maar geen excuses ontvangen. Daarnaast niet heel schoon en nogal vochtig in huis. Terras overwoekerd door bramentakken. Locatie is goed. Je wandelt zo naar Annecy."

"Stayed for 5 nights. Affordable, easy access to the town and lake. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is available at a reasonable price. The only thing I will say is the walls are thin, but overall it was a lovely stay! "
