Located on the heights, Cap Esterel is a private and pedestrian domain of more than 210 hectares between the sea and the Massif de l'Esterel surrounded by the red rocks of the Massif de l'Esterel and overlooking the Mediterranean. It is the ideal "holiday" and "teleworking" destination to fill up on sun and nature. You will remember your stay.
Cap Esterel is a real residential village with its own town centre, green spaces and small houses typical of the south of France. Life is organized around the central square lined with bars, shops and restaurants. This is where the market is held and where activities are organized, thematic evenings with shows and concerts.
The apartments and terraced houses with a view of the sea, the lake, the golf course or the Massif de l'Esterel are spread over 3 pedestrian areas with a distinct charm. The rentals offered here are located in the Villas Garrigue below the main swimming pool.
Access to an aquatic area of 1100 m2 is included in your rental. It includes 5 swimming pools with water jets, a wave pool and a heated swimming pool with the sea below. The club is also equipped with 2 children's pools with slides where they can play in complete safety.
Finally, for those who are "more sea than pool", the beach is a few minutes away by little train.

Our kitchens are very well equipped and our bedrooms very comfortable with beds with good mattresses. You will spend very pleasant nights there. This is the opinion of most of our guests. In our apartments you will find information on places to visit in the Var, such as Saint-Tropez by boat from the port of Agay or the abbey of Thoronet by car or coach.
Household linen: sheets and towels are not provided, but can be rented on site.
No supplement will be asked for the covered car park, nor for the swimming pool and Wifi.
