This villa, located in Saint-Raphaël, is ideal for 10 vacationers. It offers 3 bedrooms, a private pool from 01 May to 01 October, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a TV, WiFi, a Hi-Fi and a radio.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 8 or outside, in the garden or on the terrace enjoying views of the mountains and the swimming pool.
The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 including a double bed, and 1 including 2 single beds Several bathrooms are available, one with a bathtub and one with a shower and a toilet. A separate toilet is available
The villa features cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, a washing machine, central heating and air conditioning.
Note that the cleaning is included in the rental fee. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 6 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 12 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 25€ per pet per stay. Parties are not allowed.
