Perfect Location on Cote d'Azur

We stayed at the apartment for three weeks. We found it to be in an ideal location for access to mountain villages and coastal cities like Cannes and Nice. Morning and evening walks along the coastal walkway were easy to access as the apartment is across the street. It was clean and had all the necessary cooking items. Jean-Luc provided us with a very helpful summary of the ins and outs of the suite and building.

BEAUTIFUL SPACIOUS STUDIO!

We had the most relaxed two weeks holiday in Evelyne's studio. It was exactly like the photos and was equipped with all you need and spotlessly clean. We loved the terrace that is surrounded by trees and flowers, but still close to the sea, restaurants on the marina and shops. The swimming pool is in an elevated position with a beautiful view of the sea, and the whole complex of Le Mexico is kept in mint condition. Evelyne was a good host and easy to contact, and very kindly took us back to the station on our departure. We were sorry to leave and will definitely return to this beautiful part of the Cote D'Azur. Wonderful memories.

Perfect Location

I reserved this location because I'm planning to move to France from the states so I wanted a centralized location to visit other areas. It was absolutely perfect for that purpose. I was greeted timely with a wealth of information that aided in my stay. There is a marina across the street with numerous restaurants (they are not so friendly if you do not speak French), but it is convenient. One exception was the SPAR Market's staff; they were amazing and very helpful. The interior pictures matched the listing; however, there is major construction in progress at the property. I was surprised to see it, but it doesn't interfere with your stay. The space itself was comfortable and very clean. It had all the necessary comforts for living and cooking. Evelyne was an awesome host! I had many questions as I didn't read French or wasn't familiar with the area. She was knowledgeable and patient with every question and welcomed more. This is an excellent trait for any host and she graciously entertained all my needs. I recommend this property to anyone! You cannot beat the price for the level of hospitality. Lastly, visit Firmin Boulangerie, 358 Rte de la Corniche, to the left out of the gate and up the street. Their pastries saved my life. Eve, I can't thank you enough for making my stay the best ever! Salud.

Super séjour dans ce bel appartement à proximité du port de Santa Lucia ainsi qu’un arrêt de bus avec des navettes gratuites à destination de Saint Raphaël et Fréjus. L’appartement est parfaitement bien équipé et les propriétaires très sympathiques et serviables. Je recommande !

Wonderful Holiday in Beautiful Apartment

Entre Saint Tropez & Cannes

Très bon accueil des propriétaires, dans un studio très spacieux, la terrasse avec la vue sur les jardins "impeccables" de la résidence , permet de déjeuner agréablement. Pour les visites il y en a pour tous les goûts, plage, balade en bord de mer, circuit en montagne et vue sur des sites grandioses.
