Unit Layout
The 3-room apartment spans an area of 75 square meters and is located on the 2nd floor. It was recently renovated in 2023, featuring a living/dining room with a double sofabed (140 cm wide and 195 cm long), a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. The living/dining room also has access to a balcony with a south-facing position. Additionally, there are two bedrooms: one with a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long) and air conditioning, and another with two beds (each 90 cm wide and 200 cm long) and air conditioning.

The apartment comes well-equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. The kitchen is furnished with essential appliances, including 3 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine (additional capsules are available at an extra cost). The apartment also features a shower, a separate toilet, and electric heating. Outside, there is a 6 square meter balcony with south and east-facing positions, complete with balcony furniture and a view of the garden.
