And Expedia was only giving me a voucher of but charging me a large cancelling fee, leaving me with not even half the price of room. Hotel was kind on upgrading my room, they say, but they would not budge and cancelling the reservation, even thow the hockey game in arena across them was postponed to a later date. We wanted to go back home to Gatineau."

"Our stay at Hotel Universal was pleasant and convenient. We were in from Calgary for the Canadian Championships for soccer and it was only a 1/2 block away. The staff were helpful and the restaurant was good food. I would recommend this hotel."
