“Everything was good. Had a few issues but they were fixed right away. Some of the other people were very annoying and were in bed at like 9pm on a weekend. Other people in the house were nice and accomedating. The room was adequate and clean. Only issue was the shower was cold but we got it resolved. Good location - would stay again. ”

“The room was wonderful and staff was absolutely wonderful. The building was right in the heart of the city and was accessible to so many places. Highly recommend. The only thing to be aware of is that there will be noise from both the streets of New Orleans and people walking around in the building at night. But that's to be expected. ”

“This apartment is great for those who want a quieter place from the action, but still walkable to it. We had teens with us and it was perfect to have 2 bathrooms. It was clean enough. I wish they had a full length mirror in order to view your outfit before you venture out into the city. Close to the interstate highway, but never heard it inside the apartment.”

“Had all the features we were looking, toaster, frying pan, coffee maker,etc. the only thing that could have made it outstanding would have been having had a working pin for the building entry keypad on arrival. A phone call quickly sorted that out. Enjoyed our stay at Roami on factor row, and felt the location has an excellent walking score ”
