「I couldn’t do early check in which I don’t like it says I can’t request early check in until 24 hours before and I couldn’t even request until 12 hours before and I was arriving 4 hours before check in. There was no physical person to speak to on the phone. Otherwise, I loved the rooftop access, I loved the location. if you are okay with the garbage trucks at 8am. The blinds in the living room only go up they don’t go down, so I closed the sliding door the bedroom to make sure the extra light...

「The property itself was fine, had sufficient space inside & was convenient for my family while visiting NOLA. The biggest issue was the code to the room not working upon arrival. I had 4 young children with me in a very unfamiliar place. We had been traveling all day, and had to wait for customer service for over an hour. No accommodation, refund or apology was offered, and it was too late to fimd another room for a family of 6. I'm not too confident I would book this property again.」
