「I really love the hotel!!! It was super clean and stuff are super super nice!!!」

「It was my first hotel booking ever and they did not disappoint because their staff service were very nice and helpful. The room itself was very clean and smell good. They had everything I need including towel and including anything soap related. The hotel was not very loud when it came to people walking by. The parking area was very good because I could distance my self from bad drivers. My only bad take is their pool was crap but beside that everything was good.」

Much to our delight, we found the coolest towel shaped animals decorating our bathroom, as well as decorated toilet paper and tissues! I would totally recommend this hotel!」

「I was a little skeptical about this place just because the rating on Expedia not super high but this place from the moment I walked in was really nice. The girl at the fri t desk was the most kindest staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. She helped us get checked in super easy process. Told us about the time for breakfast and gave us WiFi and if we had any issues we could call her. Our room was perfect for our stay. Overall great Service. 「Nice property」

「The young desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. The hot tub was not working, and the clerk explained there's very few companies in TN who could it. Doesn't help when you plan your stay for a hotel because they advertise a hot tub. The water temperature in the pool wasn't comfortable. The refrigerator wasn't working properly, the toilet ran, and there were several huge stinkbugs in the room. Other than that, the hotel was in a great location--safe and easy access to the highway. 」
