We were visiting Mont Tremblant, so for all practical purposes, we were there just to sleep through one night. So our experience was pretty good. The room was good, the bedding was clean, the bed was comfortable enough and the washroom was acceptable.

Although the price and location was good, the venue was very noisy (not sound proof). We were hearing people talking outside, trucks on road maintenance, people on upper unit walking, talking, and/or bagging etc, at any time of day or night! The venue is not so cleaned and old (mold in some units, webs, dust, stain sheets, worn floors etc..) Looks like venue is lodging permanently staff and/or low income. Sorry but this is what I have experienced!

The motel is very close to downtown party central in Ste Adele. But it is set back from the street and quiet. It was a pleasant surprise to find a jacuzzi bathtub in the room. Great after a relatively long day of orienteering in the woods around Ste Adele. Returning to the room after a dinner out I found I couldn't find my room key. The manager was right there to provide me an alternate key. (I returned to the restaurant to find my key had been found and was able to turn in the two keys. These are actual keys, not cards, so they get replaced at some cost to the motel which they would have passed on to me.) I think everyone staying there in ski season would be skiers. This was mtb season and the cyclists predominated. Nice folks.

Upon checkin the room was freezing. Heat off and window wide open. When arriving later at night we quickly figured out why window was open…, the stench of cigarette smoke in room was unbearable. We ended up leaving and not even bringing anything in room as i do NOT want my luggage or anything smelling like that afterwards

Upon arrival I had to call to get someone to meet me at the check in desk as no one was there. Then she double charged me for the room once in advance on my credit card then made me pay again…I had 2 6 yr olds with me who were tired and hungry so no time to argue. Once we got to the very small room with a door that barely closed and was hard to open. I called front desk again from my cell phone as there’s no phones in the room I proceeded to state that she double charged me for the room she said she realized it after we left the office she said she issued a refund to my credit card but I NEVER received the refund!! This place is really old and very dirty! Reminded me of the show bates motel…..
