Cette maison est bien équipée, notamment quant à la cuisine. Elles est située dans une région un peu hors des sentiers battus par les touristes. Il s'agit avant tout d'un milieu agro-forestier, très paisible. Nous avons visité les surprenantes chutes Saint-Ursule, de même que les environs de Saint-Alexis. Nous nous sommes également rendus au Parc de la Mauricie, un incontournable de la région. Nous avons terminé notre séjour par un dîner à l'éco-café Au bout du monde de l'auberge du Baluchon. Nous étions très satisfait de notre séjour.
