  • The Villa Kouleur Kafé of a modern and contemporary style very trendy, with an area of 250m2.
    It can accommodate up to 14 people and has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with toilet + a separate toilet.
    The villa Kouleur Kafé benefits from a beautiful sea view, its privileged location allows you to reach in 5 minutes by car the most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe such as the beach of Caravelle, Bois Jolan, Sainte Anne.
    It is located in a quiet area with a wooded and fenced garden of 1250 m2.
    From the villa, on foot you can access the Coastal Path, which will make you discover beautiful wild beaches, Anse à Saint, Anse Patate, Anse à Jacques, Petit Havre.

Une merveilleuse maison très bien située vue sur mer grande piscine , de très beaux volumes pour accueillir une grande famille( 14) . La conciergerie est réactive et top.

Poolside Retreat in a Tropical Paradise

This property is exactly as you see it in the pictures. The accommodations are excellent. The tropical views from the lounge chair are excellent. The kitchen has all the equipment you need (we had two turkeys and all the fixings for Christmas dinner, and made many Pina-Coladas). The pool and deck is the highlight. The biggest downside of this property is that the location doesn't have a way to walk to the beach which means that if you have a large group of people you will spend more time driving than you might expect. I'm not sure if it is a European thing but the outdoor grill is a flat top rather than a grate. Guadeloupe was a memorable vacation for everyone. Snorkelling, beaches, Les Saintes, volcanic bath, jungle, rugged coastlines, and much more. Beautiful.
