Located in a sought-after and peaceful residence just 400 meters from the beaches and the sea, this 69 sqm 3-room apartment offers a collective pool, an elevator, and three entrances with gates, along with both indoor and outdoor parking.

Featuring three terraces, one opening onto the living room and one for each of the bedrooms, the apartment enjoys abundant natural light from multiple orientations.

The interior space comprises an entrance hall leading to a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and terrace, a bathroom with a window, an independent toilet with a window, and a spacious living area opening to the kitchen and terrace. A beautiful bedroom with built-in closets and reversible air conditioning opens to the south-facing terrace, and a second bedroom also features its own terrace.

You can reach the beaches and the sea in just a 5-minute walk. Numerous parking spaces are available within the residence.

Good location for town and beaches - the apartment didn’t have a great outlook from the balcony. Make sure you reserve and pay for linen and towels as they are extra. Nice pool and quiet environment

Overall the stay was good, the apartment is renovated and equipped quite well, there was no kettle, but the two big downsides are no air conditioning in the main bedroom and living room and very poor window security/curtain. The balcony is completely unused. The territory is nice and tidy, with a deep pool. Quiet around.
