Small house located 130m from the beach, 50m from a bar-restaurant-tobacco shop, less than 500m from restaurants, supermarkets, aquatic activities, port of Les Issambres and shuttle to Saint-tropez. Less than a kilometer from the center of Les Issambres.



Comprising 2 bedrooms, bathroom, 1 separate toilet, fitted kitchen, spacious living room with billiard table, studio for 4 with shower and toilet.

Take advantage of the residence's communal swimming pool.



House close to all amenities, including boat shuttle to Saint Tropez at 500m. Located 130m from the beach.
