Charming cottage in La Croix-Valmer with large terrace and pool

We lovingly renovated our holiday home in La Croix-Valmer at the beginning of 2019 and furnished it with high quality. The self-contained "Maison Chouchou" offers three bedrooms with enough space for up to 6 people. Behind the house is a spacious, partially covered, terrace with adjoining garden. In front of the house is the pretty pool of the Domaine "Les Maisons de la Croix". The village of La Croix-Valmer can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. There are bakeries, butchers, supermarket and some nice shops and restaurants. To the surrounding beaches one drives by car between 5 and 15 minutes. Very nice is, for example, the elongated Plage de Debarquement, which is about 2 km away. Alternatively, there is a shuttle bus to the local beaches, leaving approximately every 30 minutes at the roundabout, 5 minutes from Maison Chouchou.

The rooms all have a 140cm wide double bed:
1) Bedroom with open shower and access to the terrace on the ground floor
2) Bedroom with two windows (to pool and garden)
3) Bedroom with window and access to roof terrace

On the ground floor is the open living room with two doors to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with high quality brand appliances and has a stove with oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and even a wine fridge.

The residence "Les Maisons de la Croix" includes several villas, which are usually privately used. The owners share a shared swimming pool, open daily from 9:00 to 20:00 and located right in front of our house. In addition, you can use the larger pool and several tennis courts in the neighborhood free of charge (about 10 minutes walk).

In the vicinity you will find some of the most beautiful small towns in France: St. Tropez, Ramatuelle, Gassin, Grimaud and some more. Nice is around 90 minutes away by car. From the airport it is best to take a rental car for the journey to La Croix-Valmer.
