Merveilleux !

Nous sommes tombés amoureux de cet endroit. Calme, vue sur les vignes et les pins parasols, belle piscine, grandes chambres climatisées. Idéalement placé proche des plages, de Ramatuelle et de Saint Tropez. Et le couple de gardiens, Paul et Mo sont d'une gentillesse extrême.

A nice weekend in St. Tropez

Me and my friends spent a wonderful three days a la Cotriade, a charming Provençal Villa in Ramatuelle, just a few km from Pampelonne Beach and 15 min. from St. Tropez. The house has a lot of space both inside and outside, it is a place where you can totally relax yourself and it’s ideal for a group of friends. At the check in, we were welcomed by the guardians Paul and Mo. it was very easy to connect with them and they assisted us for any problem or request. Unfortunately we spent at the Villa only 3 days, but I hope to be able to organize again a short holiday in the area and I will definitely book La Cotriade. Elena

What a stunning property with beautiful gardens and surrounds and a lovely pool area. The house is extremely comfortable and was well equipped. We were very well looked after by Mo and Paul. Overall, a great experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at La Cotriade. The home and property are magnificent and the location is perfect. We were minutes from my nephew’s wedding in Gassin, as well as wonderful beaches at L’Escalet and Pampelonne. My wife loves to cook and was extremely impressed at how well the kitchen was equipped, which is not surprising given that the owner is a professional chef. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, as well as the boules court. Best of all, Alan and Sue (caretakers) were absolutely delightful hosts, sharing invaluable local knowledge on beaches, hikes, restaurants, shopping and sights.

Peaceful and quiet, but still close to it all

We had the pleasure of staying at La Cotriade in July. The home was all that we expected and more. We enjoyed walking through the vineyards, swimming in the pool, and enjoying the sunsets from the patio. Alan and Sue took good care of us, the home, and the gardens, and were quick with a suggestion of where to eat or what to do. We were close to the beaches, St. Tropez, and Ramatuelle. We'll be back soon.

Exceeded all expectations

We had a most wonderful week at La Cotriade. The setting for the house is perfect: absolute tranquillity yet within minutes of the lovely hilltop towns, the beaches and St Tropez, to say nothing of the best croissants in France! The house itself is traditionally provencal with four big bedrooms and four bathrooms, and perfect outside dining areas. The kitchen is particularly well equipped and so we were able to make the most of the perfectly fresh ingredients bought in the local markets. We spent many a happy evening sipping a glass of rose in the beautiful gardens, followed by a barbecue on the terrace. The swimming pool is particularly special - comfy loungers and securely fenced to protect little ones. Philip the owner was extremely responsive to all enquiries, and the gardiens (Alan and Sue) went out of their way to make our stay extra special. We will be back!

Nous avons loué la maison " la Cotriade " du 1er au 9 mai 2015. Nous sommes allés de surprises en surprises - toutes plus agréables les unes que les autres -. Accueil très chaleureux par un couple de gardiens anglais, bouteilles de vin de la Cotriade offertes, ménage entier de la maison fait tous les matins, entretien de la piscine et jardin fait tous les jours, linge de maison+serviettes de bains fournis ... et j'en oublie ... cette maison n'est que du bonheur. Calme, verdure, fleurs, belle piscine, terrain de pétanque, vignes et arbres magnifiques font de cette maison un hâvre de paix, de bonheur et de bien-être. Nous sommes des habitués de location, mais jamais nous n'avons trouvé autant de luxe ... dans autant de simplicité et de chaleur humaine grace à Suzanne et Allan (couple de gardiens). Mais, nous n'oublions pas les propriétaires qui nous pensons font tout pour que leurs locataires passent des vacances très confortables, paisibles et sans souci. La maison est idéalement située, à 10km de saint-tropez facile d'accés et à 3minutes en voiture du très joli village de Ramatuelle. Nous avons tellement été satisfaits que nous faisons le projet d'y retourner l'année prochaine. Merci à Suzanne et Allan, merci à Philip Howard ... surtout ne changez rien dans votre façon de considérer vos locataires ... TOUT EST PARFAIT.

Beautifull house; stunning garden and pool area

We have had a perfect holiday with our children in this lovely French home. Beautifull gardens and swimmingpool area. Altough near the buz of St Tropez and Pampelonne beaches, maximal peace and privacy. Within 3 minutes drive of a lot of different kind of beaches. And no queing for St. Tropez!

Heerlijk vakantiehuis

Wij hebben met de familie een heerlijke week in deze goed onderhouden, schone woning doorgebracht. De woning ligt zeer privé, aan een wat hobbelige zandweg tussen de wijngaarden. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en maakt zwembad, terrassen en tuin in orde als je nog lekker ligt te slapen. Daarna volgt een "huiskuis", bedden opmaken, badkamer en toilet wordt schoongemaakt en vloeren worden gezogen en gedweild. Kortom de boel blijft het hele verblijf aan kant. De keuken is prima uitgerust en rustiek, woonkamer is comfortabel met een bankstel en grote eettafel. Slaapkamers en badkamers zijn prima. Buiten op het terras kun je heerlijk zitten, als de mistral blaast is het beter in de beschutting bij het zwembad. Omgeving is natuurlijk fantastisch, St. Tropez is vlakbij maar ga ook eens naar de markt in La Croix Valmer op zondagmorgen. Er zijn allerlei verschillende stranden in de omgeving, rots en/of zand. Snorkelen is zomers ook geweldig. In voor of najaar zijn de leuke dorpjes in de omgeving een aanrader of bijvoorbeeld de kasteelruïne van Grimaud. Ook de wat verder gelegen schildpaddenopvang is de moeite waard. Kortom, omgeving en huis zijn een absolute aanrader!

A Dream House in the Perfect Location

I stayed at La Cotriade last summer with my family, (including three young children) as well as a couple of friends. There is a magical quality to the house, set in the middle of a vineyard, with perfect outdoor gathering spots all around. The pool is lovely and very secure. The house itself is extremely comfortable and well supplied with all basic amenities. The caretakers were a pleasure, never invasive but always there to make sure all was as we needed. The location of the house is ideal, right in the middle of the countryside, but so close to the beaches and all the action of St. Tropez. We couldn't have been happier about our stay at La Cotriade. We didn't want to leave.
