Adjoining this master suite, a bedroom / office that can accommodate two people.

6 bedrooms are considered as master, suite or VIP bedroom, while 2 in the basement are more room suited for a nanny or a chef, as they do not benefit from the Air Conditioning and the only windows are opening up on some small lower ground courtyards .

The villa is located in the midst of the vineyards, and yet only 10 minutes away from the beaches of Pampelone and 5 minutes away from St Tropez downtown.

The Village of Gassin is 2 minutes drive away from the house.

What is truly unique is the fact that while being a few minutes away from what makes St Tropez what it is…. you will have the feeling of being alone in the world, only surrounded by vineyards!

You will have access to the property, the pool, the garden, the "petanque" (traditional game in south of France), wifi, and all the amenities in the house (washer, dryer, charcoal and Gas BBQ, juicer, etc. .)
The park has its own vegetable garden where you will have access to aubergine, zucchini, red pepper, tomatoes, basil, as well as lemon, orange, grapefruits and figs!

It's absolutely quiet, a true feel of the original St Tropez, with amazing views over the vineyards of Chateau Minuty and Chateau Barbeyrolles

Best to have a car to move around.
A scooter can be convenient as well

If need be, at additional cost, the following services could be provided:
