“Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. La piscine est propre. Elle n’est pas chauffée mais baignable sans problème en été. Les environs sont calmes et reposants. Tout le monde s’y retrouve : baignades kayaks vélo repos visites !”

“The property was very well located, being close to the town of Chalais with a decent size Intermarche and Monday market. It was situated at the head of a farm track leading into fields of corn and sunflowers. The gite was spacious and clean and the bedrooms comfortable. It was good to have 2 bathrooms. We really enjoyed using the swimming pool and our youngest liked the swing in the tree! We had lots of BBQs. Only small niggle was that we were unable to find the toaster? Also not enough mugs,……

“We had two lovely week holiday at The Chai and cannot fault anything. Anne and her husband are the perfect hosts-friendly, welcoming and happy to provide ideas and advice for places to visit. They were always available but never intrusive. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was spotlessly clean.
