“The location is great...as described close to the Notre Dame and major bus routes. So many shops and cafes to choose from. The host communicated well from the start. The door I found difficult to open as I had to pull to get it to unlock. The layout is a bit odd...room with toilet then kitchen then washroom sink and shower and then living room area. Just not used to having a bathroom sink in a different room. Elevator was convenient and overall quite a safe area.”

“The apartment is perfect for 1 or 2 people. It’s compact but has just about everything you need. I knew I wanted to be in the Marais so this was perfect. Off a main drag but close to Metro stops & lots of bus options. It was very comfortable. I would have liked an English language TV station & a couple of additional kitchen items (e.g. pot holders, a skillet & a pan with a lid) but these are not deal breakers. It’s clean, quiet, comfortable & in a great location. I would stay there again.”

“Excellent location. Loved the area. Very clean. Both bedrooms connect to the bathroom in between them. Good size apartment. Quiet. It is on the 5th floor with no elevator so be aware of that. Check in and check out is easy but be aware that you go to a cafe to pick up the key which is about 5 blocks away. Our driver hired to take us from the airport to the apartment kindly stopped at the cafe so we could pick up the key. There were 3 of us with luggage so that worked out. On check……

“Even though the title of the unit is studio, on VRBO it is listed as a 2 bedroom unit with a bunk bed and oven. There are no interior doors in this unit, no bunk bed and no oven. Due to no doors or even curtains, you and your companion should be open to seeing the other naked showering. Another issue is the size of the bed is way too big for the space. My daugher and I who are on the slim end had to squeeze our legs into the space between the bed and the column. The checkin process was also……
