「Staff were excellent and always friendly and helpful. Facilities were excellent and the standard of food was good. Location was good, on the outskirts of the port but easy to walk and buses frequent. Ample parking onsite.」

「Big spacious hotel with good amenities, great breakfast choices and friendly staff. Loved the free use of the spa facilities during our stay. The room furniture is dated and with no room aircon so it can get hot at night but that’s the only criticism.」

「The position of the hotel is superb in the heart of town and close to many restaurants and shops. It was a little hard to drive there because of the very narrow streets and the entrance to the hotel is very narrow as well. That said it is a delightful place and the staff were very welcoming. The room was of a good size and of a high standard.」

「This hotel is ideally located I'm Guernsey with plenty of car parking facilities at the rear of the hotel. The bus stop is very close offering bus routes all over the island. The staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful and always pleasant. This is my third visit to the hotel but this year my single room was smaller on Floor 1 to that on the top floor where I've previously stayed so that was a disappointment」

「I have stayed at the Imperial Hotel on numerous occasions and always found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There is plenty of choice for breakfast. The views from the restaurant are spectacular. I choose this hotel mainly because it is close to my family who live nearby and also it has a regular bus service.」
