“The Farmhouse appeared to be run as a family concern and each family member did their job brilliantly. Such lovely people, always smiling and always wanting to be helpful.
The attention to detail was extraordinary from the flowers that were fresh on the dining tables and that blossomed throughout our stay to the folding of my wife’s night shirt and placement on the pillow.
We absolutely loved the place.

“Public areas refurbished to a very high standard, the room we had was quite spacious but a little dated, but its obvious they invest and upgrade on an ongoing basis. The highlight was the location - walkable to everything, and also the food offer. We dined twice - a good value but beautiful 3 course dinner in the conservatory restaurat one evening and then excellent dinner in J Parkers restaurant on the second night. we had fabulous breakfast each morning and also afternoon tea in the……Christopher James

“Staff very friendly and efficient. Food was excellent and always served with a smile. Reading room was a bonus, very comfortable and quiet with door to beautiful garden. Rooms were clean, water pressure in shower was not great but adequate. Double bed was actually 2 singles pushed together but they didn’t actually match. 1 was comfortable though. Despite that I would definitely recommend it and will definitely stay again.”Christine
