Great hotel overall, nice facilities, clean, great restaurant, nice pool and outdoor jacuzzi. Only criticism is that the pillows on the beds are terrible and there was no air con in either mine or my colleagues room, just fans provided. I would still return to stay at the hotel though, staff were excellent.

Excellent experience throughout the entire duration of my stay. Friendly and helpful check-in, support and check-out at Reception. Breakfast staff and Evening bar/waiting staff all friendly. Really good service. Evening meals were ok and priced as you’d expect at a hotel. Breakfast was really good. Bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean, neat and well equipped. Balcony nice even if didn’t get full use as it’s January. Bed was very comfortable. Very reasonably priced for hotel of this quality although that maybe due to the time of year.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The staff are so friendly, engaging and go above and beyond to make our stay a highly pleasant one. The food is exquisite, the mattresses are so comfortable and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend and will be back again (hopefully soon!)

Staff friendly, efficient and easy to talk with. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Food options apart from breakfast and Sunday lunch were limited. Unfortunately the menu in the Terrace was not very good, we didn’t go into the Hugo or main dining room so we can’t judge the options there. The waiting staff had to wait on the Terrace and the dining rooms which on one evening just couldn’t cope. A nearby hotel had a fantastic restaurant and bar menu which shouldn’t be difficult to replicate at the St Pierre Park which locals unanimously believe is the best hotel on the island.

A lovely hotel with great facilities. We had a Master Suite with it's own garden and private hotub, very luxurious. Be aware that the hotel is a popular event venue and at times the events and the kitchen noise can be intrusive, worth checking on arrival if any events are planned. The staff are very helpful and understanding around the noise issue. Food and Drink quality is superb.
