Aquarius is a great choice for staying with a large family for a longer stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was clean overall. The plus’s are that there is on site parking and the beach is at the back of the property but the facility is outdated and it shows throughout (inside and out)

Expedia has been restricted from this hotel to a degree. I can no longer use Expedia because it lowers the rate and I'm a local. This is how much I love this place. I wanted to return and stay using Expedia but it asks I stay longer than a month. Praying this changes. Thank you for the stay. If you're lucky, you'll be given the higher floors. Thank you again for the experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aquarius Beach Tower! The room was just right for my husband and me. The bedroom was spacious, and we especially appreciated the large closet. The living area was also roomy and comfortable, giving us plenty of space to relax during our stay. We didn’t get much use out of the kitchen since we mostly ate takeout, but it was a good size and had enough space for two people to move around comfortably. The only downside for us was the bathroom, which felt a little small for our liking. Other than that, we really enjoyed the space overall. Our favorite part was definitely the balcony. It was surprisingly spacious, and we brought our small beach chairs and spent some quiet time sitting outside. While our room faced the mountain and village rather than the ocean, we honestly didn’t mind. What mattered most to us was how peaceful and relaxing it felt during our stay. Overall, we had a comfortable and relaxing experience at Aquarius Beach Tower and would definitely consider staying again!

At this property, you will get spacious and clean accommodations at a great price. If you’re on the ocean side, the Ocean and sunset views are lovely. The ocean is very swim friendly and the beach is very walk friendly. There are good restaurants in the area and overall we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back to this property if we return to Saipan in the future.

Hidden treasure

The room was immaculate, the hotel is perfect. There is no restaurant that’s OK there’s many right close by. There is no pool and that’s OK because the beach is right outside your window. It is a very nice and clean place. Very courteous staff I would stay here again.

We loved this hotel!! Roxanne and all the front desk girls were all so friendly and helpful with suggestions on local businesses. The room was perfect with many amenities including washer/ dryer. Kitchen with all utensils. View from balcony was great!! Stayed here for almost 3 weeks and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Saipan. Thanks again for the excellent service!

Sandy beach no rocks to worry about. Towels provided at front desk. Doors and cabinets need painting mostly bed room and bathroom. Door to laundry access not the best as you could not open the dryer door to easily access dry laundry

The property is great and so as the staff. What I didn’t understand was, the washer and dryer is not available unless you stay for 3 nights or more. I chose this place because I wanted a kitchen, washer, and dryer and that’s exactly what was on Expedia. However, upon checking in and you’re staying for less than 3 nights, you would have to pay extra to be able to use the washer and dryer. This is something that’s not stipulated in Expedia.

This was our first time in Saipan. The Aquarius staff was amazing and super helpful. There is major road construction in front of the property - a bit of a mess. The unit was slimly supplied - 2 of each - forks, plates, etc. One sharp knife and limited other kitchen accessories. We probably cook more than most. The ocean views and sunsets were phenomenal. The area between the Aquarius and the ocean is private access so tents with families on the weekend is common.
