This hotel is actually Hotel Americano. It also has changed addresses. NOBODY told me when I booked the room, and I drove around Garapan for a couple of hours until I broke down and had to get a card to call. A guy met me near the original address and I followed him as he drove me to the new address. The people who run the place are quite nice. (They gave me lots of information and helped plan a trip to Tinian.). The room refrigerator I had barely worked, but the wifi was good. They REALLY need to fix their listing to reflect the new name and address of the hotel, to avoid problems for future visitors.

Would Stay Again!

I overall really enjoyed staying at Residence Lodge. The room was nice and shower had great pressure and temperature. The property itself is small and no two rooms seems to be the same. The person who manages the property was very nice. The only "issue" was checking in. I recalled that the Residence Lodge and Hotel Americano had the same owner and operator. Once we trek 5 minutes to Hotel Americano it was a very easy process. I don't think this is the outlined process but I share this in case it helps anyone else who arrives at the property and is unsure of what to do. I really appreciated Mitchelle for assisting us in that regard. Our rate included breakfast, which I was not sure what to expect. It consisted of meat, hash browns/rice, eggs, and fruit. Overall it was very enjoyable. The Wi-Fi was fast and the property is in a nice area. I would definitely stay again.

Hidden house, good quality rooms

Rooms are in very good shape, excellent wifi, aircon good. Good value for the price. Not a hotel, this is some house with rooms renovated to rent out. Caretaker on site, friendly but very little English. Building from outside looks like a house, right behind Bank of Guam. Close to Galleria, places to eat, but actual street is backside of gambling place, drunks, etc. outside

에어컨 문제 때문에 숙소를 호텔 아메리카노로 업그레이드 해주심 너무 감사했음 4일 내내 마이리얼트립 한국투어로 별빛투어 마라가나섬투어 그로토투어 등등 했는데 한국인 가이드, 직원 분이 모두 아메리카노 위치 좋고 괜찮다고 잘 잡았다함 호텔 아메리카노에 대한 후기를 간단히 적자면 너무 좋았음 5일간 묵었는데 샤워기 필터 하나도 안더러워짐 위치도 짱.. 레지던스 로지보다 위치 좋고 바로 앞에 크라운플라자리조트 1분거리에 있고 걍 투숙객 아니어도 들어갈 수 있어요 투숙객마냥 사진 엄청 찍었고 여기 노을 맛집임 크라운 플라자 안에 마리바 추천합니다 4일내내 투어 없는 시간에 크라운플라자에서 여유즐김 앞에 바다도있어여 공항 도착하면 레지던스 로지&아메리카노 팻말 들고계신 중국인? 아저씨 계시고 큰 대형버스로 이동함 버스 진짜 좋음 고속버스보다 더 좋앗슴ㄷㄷ 짐 직접 실어주시고 한국인 밖에 없으니 걱정마세요 개 안전함 여자 혼자 여행했어요 아메리카노 호텔 후기밖에 없어서 죄송해여ㅠㅠ,, 호텔이 변경돼서 .....

日本人５０代。ダイビングの宿として利用させてもらいました。良い点は清潔。スタッフさんがフレンドリー。レンタル自転車が敷地内に駐輪できる。残念な点は金庫が無い。注意点は紙が流せないタイプのトイレ。サイパンでは一般的。日本人から見て、費用対効果高いと感じます。

새벽도착, 위험하고 무섭다

사이판에 새벽에 도착해 0.5박 할 목적으로 숙소를 찾던중 이곳을 알게 되어 예약하게 되었습니다. 아무래도 새벽에 도착하는 경우여서 미리 주인에게 새벽도착 일정을 알리고, 어떻게 들어가야 할지? 체크인은 가능한지 문의했었습니다. 주인은 직원이 있을 것이고 도와줄 것이라고 하여서 걱정하지 않고 있었습니다. 새벽에 도착해 렌트카를 타고 숙소에 도착했는데, 문은 잠겨 있고 아무리 불러도 대답이 없었습니다. 문제는 그 숙소 앞을 어슬렁거리던 수상한 자들이 아내가 남겨진 차로 와서 문을 열려 하면서 돈을 요구했습니다. 마약을 한건지 술에 취했는지 말도 흐물거리더군요. 놀란 아내가 급히 운전석으로 이동해 차를 몰아 숙소 대문 앞에서 계속 문을 두드리고 있던 제게 다가와 빨리 타라고 해서 거기를 빠져 나왔습니다. 하마터면 큰일 날뻔 했습니다. 어두컴컴하고 낯선 곳을 급히 빠져나와 한숨을 돌리고 다른 숙소를 찾아서 이동했습니다. 이후 숙소 쪽에 자초지종을 설명하고 필요한 답변과 조치를 요구했는데 아직도 답이 없군요, 혹시 새벽에 도착해 직접이동하시는 분들은 참고하세요. 진짜 데인저러스. 위험합니다. 그냥 무섭습니다.

HOTEL AMERICANO

２泊以上の宿泊から受け付けてもらえる空港送迎で、空港で ピックアップしてもらい到着したのは、 レジデンスロッジから850mほど離れた”HOTEL AMERICANO”。何やらレジデンスロッジで不具合があったため、追加料金なしで変更になったようですが、、、事前連絡はなし。 なのでHOTEL AMERICANOの感想です。 ４階建てのようですが、エレベーターはありません。そこが難点といえば難点ですが、あとはパーフェクト！ 広い部屋に快適なベッド。QRコード読み取りでつながるWi-Fiは高速で快適。マイクロビーチ至近。 また泊まりたいです。

사이판 가라판에서 이만한 가격에 이정도 급의 호텔은 없을겁니다. 접근성도 매우 좋아요. 다만, 하수구에서 냄새가 많이 올라오는 것이 조금 아쉽습니다.

良かったよー

フロントはありませんが、スタッフの方がずっといらっしゃって滞在に必要な対応をしてくださいました（英語はあまりお得意でないようでしたが、精一杯の対応をしてくださり問題はありません）。島でのアクティビティ（日本でネットで調べるより多少ですが安かったです）や送迎の相談はhotels .comのアプリからチャットで受けていただけるので、不便はなかったです。（ジャストタイムだのやり取りではないので、回答がまで半日程度の余裕を持った方が安心です） 空港からホテルまでは無料でピックアップがありました。 ホテルから空港までは10💲でドロップアウトしてくださいました（おそらく、早朝だったので有料だったのかもしれません） 部屋は広く 清掃もきちんとしてくださってました。 スーパー、DFS、ABC、アイラブサイパンが近く立地が良かったです。お弁当や日本の商品、和食レストランが併設されるヒマワリも近く助かりました。 ネガティブなポイントとしては、、、 TVは、大型のものがありますが映りません。Chrome castなどを持っていくと良いかもです。wifiも提供されていますが、遅いので動画などは少しストレスがあるかもしれません。 水回りは劣化で洗面台から床に漏水がありましたが使用に影響があるほどではありませんし、清潔に保たれていました。 設備に多少の問題がありますが、 何よりもスタッフの方の対応がよく、気持ちよく過ごせたので、多少の問題は気にならないです。 友人にも紹介したいですし、自分がサイパンを再訪することがあれば、また利用したいです。 スタッフの方、ありがとうございました！お元気で！！

お世話になりました。 建物は新しく、部屋もすごくきれいで想像以上でした。この設備で、この値段は十分だと思います。 空港送迎も無料でしていただき、朝１０時前から部屋に入れてもらえたので、そのあと出かけるのが大変たすかりました。（宿泊の混雑状況にもよると思いますが。） セキュリティも、門、玄関ドア、部屋ドアの3段階の電子キーになって居り安心です。 冷房も効きます。冷蔵庫、湯沸かしポット、ドライヤー、シャンプー、ボディシャンプーはついてますが、髭剃り、歯ブラシはありません。シャワーのお湯は、５分くらい出してるとだんだん水になっていきました。（これで設備の評価４にしてます。）　　あったかいところなので、私自身はそんなに気にはなりませんでしたが。 掃除、タオル交換も、ドアの札を出しておけば毎日してもらえます。 テレビはありますが、番組は映らないので使えません。WI-FIがあるので、夜はスマホで映画や動画みてました。 フロントはありませんが、スタッフの方がだいたいのときおられます。スタッフの方は、すごく親切できっちりされており大変良かったです。ありがとうございました。 ただ、観光される方などで観光場所などいろいろ聞きたい方は、フロントのあるような一般的なホテルの方がよいかもしれません。 場所は、免税店Tギャラリア（DFS）のすぐ横で、ガラパン中心部で少し歩けば外食なども困ることはなく便利な場所でした。 また３００ｍくらいのところにAugust supermarketがあり水、酒、お菓子、生活用品などは買えました。反対方向にもう５００ｍほどでひまわりスーパーがあり、こちらは弁当やパンやスープなども豊富で弁当が５ドルくらいなので食費抑えるには大変重宝しました。 車は使っておらず駐車場のことは気にしてなかったのでわかりません。 目的があり滞在期間が長くなり宿泊費を抑えたいので、多分次もお願すると思います。
