Traditional renovated country house located in the heart of a charming typical residential hamlet very quiet nestled in the countryside at the gates of the Morvan natural park, 5 km from the greenway. Splendid rural and unspoiled natural setting with very varied landscapes between fields, pastures, meadows and forests in close proximity to the vineyards of Maranges and the wine route, at the crossroads of the Chalonnaise and the world-famous coasts of Beaune. Privileged location to radiate 26 km from Beaune, 23 km from Autun and 37 km from Chalon-sur-Saône, at the crossroads of the territories of Autunois and Chalonnais, between gentle nature and very rich historical heritage (Gallo-Roman and industrial) including the exceptional Celtic site of Bibracte, classified as a Grand Site de France. Comfortable gîte. Very spacious. Large living room. Small covered terrace. Pleasant landscaped enclosed garden with swing. Ideal for a rejuvenating family stay between culture, nature and gastronomy! Composition of the gîte: house adjoining the owners' home (completely independent gîte without any vis-à-vis). Triplex gîte (ground floor + 1st + 2nd floor). Wireless. Heating by heat pump. Living room-kitchen on the ground floor.
