"Lovely chalet that easily accommodated 8 adults and 6 children. Bonus was heated swimming pool that was used every day of our stay in July. Ideally situated close to amenities and shopping . Suited all our needs for a family get together. Just over an hour from Geneva airport."

"This cute hotel was perfect for our one night stay after hiking Cirque du Fer à Cheval. Everyone slept well; kids loved the bunk beds. The lobby/restaurant area with terrace was especially charming and a fantastic place to start the morning with a coffee. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The street also has a lot of charm, with a fantastic bakery, cute restaurant, pharmacy, and gift shop all within a block. One drawback was that pool closed at 8pm, which felt early with the long daylight hours, and that the hot tub was 18+, which is always a bummer to well-behaved kids. Overall, we had a great stay!"

"We (family of 4) stayed for 2 weeks in July 2026 and have nothing but good things to say about the hotel. The front-of-house staff deserve a particular mention. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were excellent in every way. The photos don't do the pool and spa justice. The pool, in particular, was so much better than we were expecting. Samoens is a truly beautiful town and we left determined to return one day. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It's the perfect location for a family holiday."

"We enjoyed such a fabulous stay at this place. So conveniently located a 10 minute walk from the ski lifts and 5 minutes to the main town square. Well equipped room, comfortable bed, and every room has doors leading to a patio or balcony. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. The spa facilities were a wonderful touch. The only minor change would be the cleanliness of our room - the floor was rather dirty so had to ensure we wore slippers or sliders so we didn’t get mucky feet. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again and again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the chalet. It is spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked, the living room was very cosy and everything was clean upon arrival. The bedrooms were tastefully furnished and the bathrooms were modern and clean. The skiing was great; nice slopes and easy access from Morillon to Samoëns and Flaine. The owners were very helpful and welcoming. They offered tips for activities and restaurants and were always available to answer questions. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation!"
