Ligging prima, standaard kamer in orde, manager spreekt goed Engels, rest van het personeel niet of nauwelijks. Eén van de zwembaden werd gerenoveerd. Restaurant niet echt ingericht op niet Thai (bestelde chicken tenders bevatten kraakbeen, dat vindt men in Thailand heerlijk en ik verwachtte filet). Prijs kwaliteit verhouding uitstekend!

The lodging is pushed hard on sites like Expedia. The photos do not match the room quality. There were lots of bugs in the room and the facility is aging. They say they are doing upgrades but I didn’t see anything happening. We left early.

Very friendly staff. Good spacious room. Comfortable bed. Small shower space. AC worked well. Restaurant on site. Also used their laundry service. They have a massage therapist available with good prices but i wasn't able to get booked before I left.

Mache Gäste waren sehr laut. Daür kann das Hotel aber nix. Ich war jetzt das dritte Mal dort und man merkt, das der Standart langsam sinkt. Kleine Renovierungsarbeiten z.b. im Badezimmer wären sehr gut.

Grosses Zimmer mit gefälliger Einrichtung, bequemes Kingsizebett. Leider war beim Check-in das Kaffee/Teezubehör nicht komplett. Das Badezimmer hatte keine begehbare Dusche sondern "nur" eine Badewanne mit Vorhang. Ansonsten eine sehr saubere Unterkunft die ich guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen kann.

Well, where do i start? When we first arrived, we really liked this hotel, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. But on the last few days of our stay, it got worse. The wifi didn't work everday, and i had to call for them to fix the wifi. Then on the last day, as we stepped out of our room, we were immediately assaulted by horrible cigarette smoke coming from room 4451, which was right across our room. I have a medical condition and i am allergic to cigarette smoke! It affects my ability to breathe normally. And the smell of cigarette smoke is so disgusting! I cannot believe that a nice hotel doesn't manage their customers better and emphasize the rules. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as it allows people to smoke in their rooms even though the rooms are all "non-smoking" rooms.
