Das Hotel und Ihre Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr freundlich und bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten! Die Ausstattung und das Zimmer ist für die Verhältnisse vollkommen zufriedenstellend. Jedoch was überhaupt gar nicht gut ist und auch nicht verhindert wird bzw. werden kann sind die Stechmücken!! Es war wirklich enorm und ätzend, dass sich diese Biester so schnell und viel verbreiten! In dem Zimmer (Erdgeschoss) lies es sich nicht mehr aushalten! Nachts wird man wirklich auf das übelste zerstochen und morgens/abends traut man sich nicht in die Zimmer, weil wirklich ALLES voll ist. Also 100-300 Stechmücken mindestens!! Wir haben uns in einem Supermarkt extra ein Moskito-Netz kaufen müssen, da wir sonst wahrscheinlich das Hotel verlassen hätten! Wenn das Problem nicht wäre, würde ich es gut bewerten. So leider nicht. Egal ob alle Türen/Fenster geschlossen sind oder nicht. Die Räume waren voll mit den Viechern. Das morgendliche Frühstück ist dafür sehr schön und man sitzt direkt am Meer :)

L'appartement est très spacieux et bien agencé. Il est bien équipé. Le personnel (personne à l'accueil, gardien de nuit...) est très affable et attentionné. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était très bon et il y avait du choix. Les seuls points négatifs sont les lits qui sont trop durs et l'absence de moustiquaires (une moustiquaire serait vraiment utile vu les moustiques qu'il peut y avoir). L'Aparthotel est dur à trouver car il n'y a pas d'adresse et il a changé de nom et s'appelle désormais Aparthotel Nautilus.

Kom ditt var det ingen där, en person som gick förbi informerade oss att man fick gå till en annan hotel en bra bit bort för att hämta nyckel, bemötande på den andra hotel var jättebra, han som hjälpte oss var väldigt trevligt men när vi kom till lägenhet det var inte ordentliga städat. Great Apartment Close to the Centre of Santa Maria

I had a lot of trouble finding Aparthotel Ponta Preta because it changed its name about 2 years ago to Aparthotel Nautilus! This needs to be changed on Hotels.com after confirming with the owners. My apartment was No. 5 at ground level, had its own private off street entrance and had an open plan living room with kitchen with fridge/freezer and TV, a bathroom with shower, bidet, hair dryer etc, and a bedroom with double and single bed, large wardrobes, a small key safe and AC. Situated about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Santa Maria and 2 minutes from the beach it was ideal for my stay. I didn't use the kitchen facilities as I preferred to eat out, however I probably would have if a kettle and toaster had been present. I ate breakfast at Columbus Beach Club, a short walk from my apartment and on the beach at a cost of 7 Euros. The reception office was situated on the corner of the building and open from 9am - 5pm. Staff were very helpful. I wanted a place with privacy and away from the big all inclusive hotels with families, kids etc., close to the centre of town and the beach, and the Nautilus was ideal. I would recommend it.

Cosy apartment in a very good location

The property is in a great location, with shops, restaurants and the beach all within a 15 minute walk. It’s not located somewhere too busy like a main road which is really nice. The apartment that I stayed in was very cosy and clean, with a well equipped kitchenette although there was no washing up liquid to clean the dishes. The staff are very helpful and welcoming, but the published opening office hours online (8.30am to 6pm) don’t quite match the actual office hours. The reception was closed when I arrived on Sunday afternoon, but thankfully I was still able to check in and receive my key. I didn’t need to use WiFi or air conditioning during my stay so I can’t comment on the service but I highly recommend this aparthotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Nice, very basic and left to yourself really. Could do with more towels, blankets etc (e.g. 2 very thin pillows in apartment. I didn’t need more so they may have if asked. All in all cheap and cheerful and decent staff.

Good hotel in a great location

Nice quiet hotel with large cleans rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. I cannot think of any negatives. Would stay here again if we return to Sal.

Contratas un hotel y cunado llegas te dicen que no es alli, te llevan a un piso en una.cuarta planta sin ascensor. No va nadie a limpiar, toallas solo tienes una para lo 5 dias. La recepción esta casi siempre cerrada, fuimos 5 veces y solo una vez cerrada, y al.reclamar no nos hicieron caso. Es un hotel informal y poco serio, he estado en Sal unas 6 veces y es sin duda el peor. No entiendo como Expedia trabaja con este tipo de alojamientos.
