"Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff allowed us to check in early and check out late. They even gifted my Fiance and I a champagne bottle. Room was beautiful clean and the views were amazing!"

"Amazing staff that cannot do enough for you, its a little out of the way with 4 restaurants nearby but the walk to them is not easy as there are few pavements on a windy road. But went to bellagio and varenna where its busier. I would recommend the hotel for a quieter location away from the busy crowds "

"From the moment we arrived the staff in the front desk were excellent and took time to help us understand the area and how to book water taxi’s too. Very efficient, professional and nice. Rooms were superb and when booking I mentioned this trip was a double celebration for our friends and ourselves and there was a nice welcome in both rooms and personalised too. "

"One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Should be at the price we paid. Great amenities. Pool area n hot tub gorgeous. One thing I didn’t like was room service food. It was ok we did it twice n twice we barely ate the food. Rooms were impeccable and beautiful views from our balcony terrace. Staff very nice and helpful."

"We booked a superior room and unfortunately the room was located on the Ferry parking. There was no other room unless we spent 700$ extra for the 3 nights. We hardly slept that night. We insisted and got for the other 2 nights a room at the center of the building on same floor 2. Floors 3 and 4 have been renovated but the others need refurbishing. Location of the hotel otherwise is excellent and breakfast buffet delicious. Menaggio is charming"
