Indulge in the luxurious living spaces of this three-bedroom duplex boasting ducted air conditioning that ensures your comfort in any weather, as soon as you enter Escape on Wanda you will be amazed at the fresh open space and size of the property. Lounge in one of the living rooms providing you with multiple smart TVs and free unlimited Wi-Fi.


Each bedroom has been tastefully designed, with ceiling fans to add to your leisure. Upstairs relax in the expansive master suite with its plush Queen size bed and ensuite or cosy up in one of the two remaining rooms located downstairs, with a Queen and two Single beds respectively. With the stunning modern main bathroom located downstairs featuring floor to ceiling tiles, free-standing bath, shower with rainwater shower head, toilet, and vanity, getting ready for the day or unwinding at night becomes a pleasure.

Upstairs opening off from the living area is the impressive undercover entertaining area with breathtaking views through the headlands so you can sit back and enjoy the surrounds on the comfortable lounge seating.

For those who love to cook, the house offers a well-equipped kitchen complete with stone benchtops a dishwasher, microwave oven, under bench oven, induction cooktop and a family size fridge/ freezer, there is also a walk-in pantry with ample space for groceries.

Outside, the property features a lovely garden with an undercover entertainment area and alfresco dining, lounge, and gas BBQ facilities, this is where you can sit back, relax and watch the children play on the grass or admire the night under the stars.

You'll have two secure garage parking spaces at your disposal - this space can also be used to play a game of table tennis for everyone’s enjoyment. While a full laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer ensures that you have an entirely self-contained stay.

The Village also has a bakery, bottle shop, boutique shopping and IGA Express for your convenience. Bannisters, Rick Stein’s restaurant and Soldiers Point Bowling club are an approximate 7-minute walk away.
