Christmas Trip
Everything was set up wonderfully and the property was beautiful. My husband, dog, and I had everything we needed, were able to take beautiful beach walks every day, and had easy communication with Beth if we needed anything. It was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come again!

Cute little cabin on the river
The views are amazing, you can't get any closer to the water. The house is adorable, spacious and has a lot of extras to make you feel welcome. Beth is a great host and responds very quickly to any questions. This was our second visit and plan on going again in the spring.

Cute Cottage on Delaware River
Had a wonderful time at Beth’s cottage. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and relaxing. She has everything you need for your stay. Just bring your clothes and food. The family came and stayed for a night. We had a campfire at watched the beautiful sunset. It was fun walking along the beach and watching the tanker and freight ships 🚢 go up and down the Delaware. Beth was a great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. She was nice to talk to. We will definitely be back. Thank you Beth for the snack basket too.

Enjoyed the waterfront view and sitting by the water. The sunglasses, flipflops and snacks were nice touches. Property outside could use some clean up and personal touches but overall a great experience!

Relaxation Heaven
The property was perfect, even in the windy and cold weather! So many blankets around to snuggle up with and a fireplace heater to feel even cozier! It had everything we needed plus more. We were able to cook when we wanted, enjoy a cup of coffee, and do absolutely nothing! As a busy mom, it was heaven. The snack baskets and games available were greatly appreciated. Also, the host is right next door if anything is needed or if you have any questions. We loved being able to take our pups as well. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Cozy, comfortable cottage
The cottage was equipped with everything (and more) we could possibly need. Beachfront view and walkability of the neighborhood were terrific. Our host was accessible and responsive. Check-in and check-out were easy. We would enjoy staying here again, in summer, with kayaks.

Beautiful view
The cutest little cottage with everything you will need. Beth has snacks set out, even some for the dog too, so thoughtful. The location is perfect, steps from the water's edge. It was too windy for a fire on the beach the first night. Unfortunately, I woke up sick the next morning and had to go home. Beth checked in with me several times that day to see how I was feeling. We are looking forward to a return visit.

Perfect Getaway
Beth’s cute cottage was a perfect getaway for our family of 4. Close enough to Philly and Sesame place for our kids day trip. The best part was being right on the beach to enjoy the breeze and amazing sunrises and sunsets. The flip flops for the kids and the snack basket were also a thoughtful touch.

Wonderful vacation on the beach
Beth’s beach cottage was fantastic. Everything we needed was there. My daughter and I loved waking up in the mornings to head down to the beach to play in the sand and water. Each day ended with a beautiful sunset. Thanks Beth for a wonderful vacation.

We had a great time at this little cottage! The views were amazing! We had a storm the first night we were there and lost power for a little bit and the owner reached out to make sure we were ok. The sand was kind of rocky but flip flops fixed that problem! We were able to take our dog and my 2 kids and I had a great time! Thank you so much Beth! Hope to make it back someday!

Cozy and Private Family Stay
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property! You can see the picturesque view as soon as you open the door. Beth is such a thoughtful host and you can feel her TLC is every inch of the home. She decorated for my kids and my little ones had a blast searching the houses for her personalized surprises! My husband and I spent the night on the beach watching the stars after the kids went to bed just a few feet away in the house. The house was clean and Beth was ready with suggestions of places to eat and quick to answer any questions I had about our stay. We will most certainly be back for more family adventures as well as a romantic get away for just my husband and I. I’m already checking the calendar!

Second enjoyable visit
We first stayed at this great cottage in September and we were back again for a longer winter visit. We were happy to watch the many ships travel on the river. The cottage was spotless and the photos are accurate except there are a couple of new pieces of furniture near the television - the loveseat is very comfy! The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we needed. Looking forward to a triple treat with another visit :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the cottage with the fantastic view of the river. In fact, we didn't want to leave! The house is beautifully decorated and the furniture is very comfortable. We even enjoyed the view through the wall of windows on the water side of the house during a rainy day and were rewarded with a beautiful sunset. We found a website that tracks the ships floating up and down the river so we could follow the action. Beth had a variety of snacks for us to enjoy and was quick to help out after I inadvertently locked us out. We hope to stay longer next time and explore more of the area. Thank you Beth!

Exactly as described
This is a great beach cottage with plenty of room for the 4 of us. It’s on a quiet street and directly on the beach. We were there for 4 very hot (95) days and the place stayed cooled with the AC units. It was very clean and well equipped! Salem is a very rural area and was a bit further (about 40 minutes) than I thought from UDel, but that is my own fault. I was moving my daughter into college and misread the distance between Salem and UDel. Thank you, Beth!

This place was so accessible and easy to reach for us that we will definitely be back. They unit has lots of sleeping room inside and the kitchen was well stocked. A lovely touch to have a welcome pack of snacks and coffee. It also had thoughtful additions like a vase of flowers, fire log and robes, which I typically don't expect in a beach house. I loved most how welcoming it was for our dog as well. Thank you!

Quiet Little Waterfront Cottage
Stayed for a nice romantic weekend... very quiet, clean, and nice. The owner was very responsive and communicative from initial rental and throughout our stay. Sunsets out the back windows across the water were spectacular. Several walks on the beach were also very nice. We never turned the TV on. Electric Fireplace was a bonus! Will hopefully be coming back in the springtime.

Don't know where to start other than simply amazing. The gifts for the kids when we got there to Beth making us feel like family. The beach and sunset views are astonishing. Being able to "fish" our own fresh clams was another enjoyment for the kids. Already looking to book again at this perfect little slice of heaven.

Our family had a wonderful stay. Beth, the property manager, went out of her way to accommodate our stay due some travel delays from thunder storm Isasias. The home is clean & cozy. Don’t need to bring much because almost everything is provided. The kids especially loved the snack basket that welcomed us as soon as we arrived.

Our stay at the beach house was fantastic. Cute clean and not hard to find. Everything we needed was there - dishes, linens, towels, chairs, etc... Grocery, gas, propane, bait all within 20min of the house. We were welcomed with a birthday cake and breeze blowing through the open windows. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you we will be back!

What a perfect getaway! We were greeted with such kindness and generosity. The owners went above and beyond to provide everything we needed (especially with two toddlers)! We wished we could have stayed longer. The house is cozy and very clean!
