Bath rooms seem to be old and there are not sufficient towels kept. You have to ask for every time you need one. Locker didn't work and staff was not responsive to check and help. When we were checking out, there was no staff to help out bringing the luggage. Shortage of staff was the reason given. Breakfast is okay only. Staff is okay for what they need to do. You can find better ones for the same price, we found this one useful for proximity reason, otherwise we would have moved the second day of our stay. fitness room does not have A/C running and you have ask for someone to turn on and doesn't seem to work well. Equipments are okay. No towels provided when you want to use early morning. You have go down to front desk and ask for each thing.

Food Quality has been definitely increased. Typically, i don't dine here during my stay. This time - due to extreme heat conditions - tried the food here and it has been improved a lot. I enjoyed the cardamom tea ( evening preparation was too good compared to the morning one) and pallipalayam cauliflower.

Fantastic stay

It was a great stay with my aged parents at C J Palazzio. The staff, right from reception, bell persons, room service, house keeping and restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. Also the driver informed that the accommodation given to them was good. The food (we had lunch) was very tasty. The complimentary breakfast had a good spread of all dishes with a live counter. Overall a very comfortable stay

Excellent hotel for overnight stay on a roadtrip

Spacious, silent and clean room with high quality mattresses guaranteed a good night's sleep on a road trip, despite late arrival. Complementary breakfast buffet had great spread, both Indian and European items were tasty. Overall great value for the money.

An avarage hotel advertised like as luxury hotel

The rates of the hotel are incorrect, because they give a price after they charge more than 50 % of additional cost when you are booking a room. The service of the hotel is not on the level of a luxury hotel. For any your request you have to wait many times more than half or one hour. I am thinking here about simply requests like as have a WIFI password or shampoo. The cleaning of the room is not perfect.
