I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received during my second stay at this hotel, specifically with regards to the front desk representative. I was incorrectly charged for an unwarranted upgrade, and despite the representative acknowledging the error, she refused to rectify the situation.
I was billed for an additional $111 for the upgrade, which I had not requested nor was I informed about during the booking process. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk representative, they became defensive and dismissive, claiming that it was a mistake in their system. Despite my repeated requests for a corrected bill, the representative refused to assist me, stating that the manager would reach out to me. However, I never received a call or message from the manager, leaving me feeling frustrated and disvalued as a customer.
