Perfect for couples, small families, solo travelers, traveling nurses, business professionals, or guests relocating to the area, our Treehouse offers a peaceful and unique experience surrounded by nature.
Located on our beautiful, private five-acre property, this cozy retreat features forest views, a private patio, granite countertops, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, and comfortable sleeping arrangements.

Whether you're visiting Salem for work, relaxation, or a getaway, we look forward to welcoming you!

The Space
Your reservation includes the entire Treehouse, accommodating a maximum of three registered guests.
Our Treehouse is nestled among beautiful trees, offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere with the comforts of home.

Features include:
-Comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to three guests.
-Upstairs sleeping loft with a bed.
-Main-floor sleeping option for guests who prefer not to use the loft stairs.
-Private bathroom with shower.
-Fully equipped kitchenette with granite countertop.
-Heating, electricity, and a cozy living area.
-Private outdoor patio.
-Beautiful wooded surroundings.
-Access to our shared outdoor swimming pool, subject to property rules (by request)
-Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is not currently available inside the Treehouse. However, Wi-Fi is accessible near the swimming pool area, and we can provide the password upon request.
-Please review all listing photographs carefully before booking, especially those showing the loft and stairs.

-Our Treehouse is conveniently located near many Salem attractions:
-Approximately 15 minutes from Interstate 5.
-Willamette River – approximately 10 minutes.
-Riverfront Park – approximately 7 minutes.
-Gilbert House Children's Museum – approximately 7 minutes.
-Oregon State Capitol – approximately 7 minutes.
-Salem Center Mall – approximately 7 minutes.
-Nearby wineries, vineyards, parks, restaurants, and shopping.
-You'll also find hospitals, Willamette University, Corban University, grocery stores, and a variety of restaurants within convenient driving distance.

Guest Access:
-Guests enjoy private access to the entire Treehouse.
-Detailed directions and check-in instructions will be provided before arrival.

Please note: Your reservation includes the Treehouse and access to the designated shared swimming pool area. It does not include exclusive access to our entire five-acre property.

Our family resides on-site, and guests may occasionally see us enjoying the outdoor common areas.
Other areas of the property are private unless expressly designated for guest use.

Important Safety Information – Please Read Before Booking:
Our Treehouse is a unique structure built among the trees. Because of its design, certain features may not be suitable for every guest.

1. Loft Bedroom and Stairs
-The upstairs sleeping loft is accessed by a steep staircase with steps that differ from those of a standard residential staircase and we have handrail.
-Always use the handrail when going up or down.
-Use extra caution, especially at night.
-Do not run or allow children to play on the stairs.
-Guests uncomfortable with steep stairs should use the main-floor sleeping arrangement.

2. Outdoor Steps and Visibility
-The outdoor steps are dark in color, which can make their edges difficult to distinguish, particularly at night.
-Use the exterior lighting when entering or leaving after dark.
-Watch your footing and use caution.
-The outdoor rug is provided for wiping shoes before entering the Treehouse.

3. Alternative Sleeping Arrangements
-A sleeping option is available on the main floor for guests who prefer not to climb to the loft.
-Please review the listing photographs to determine whether the sleeping arrangements meet your needs.

4. Accessibility
-The Treehouse is not wheelchair accessible, and the loft requires climbing steep stairs.
-Guests with limited mobility should carefully consider these features before booking.
-Swimming Pool Access and Safety Rules
-Our outdoor swimming pool is a shared amenity, not a private pool. -Our family lives on the property and may also use the pool.

For everyone's safety and enjoyment, all guests must follow these rules:
-No lifeguard on duty. Guests swim at their own risk.
-Children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times when in or near the pool. Children must never be left unattended.
-Only registered guests included in the reservation may use the swimming pool. Visitors and unregistered guests are not permitted.
-Please shower before entering the swimming pool.
-No glass containers or breakable items are permitted in or around the pool.
-No running, pushing, rough play, or unsafe behavior around the pool.
-Diving is prohibited - pool rules.
-Guests must follow all posted pool safety instructions.
