"The house was exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood was nice, safe, and quiet. It is an older home so there are small cosmetic issues but nothing to ruin your stay. It's very well kept to be older. I didn't need to communicate to the host but if i did, it was extremely easy. The pool table was a hit. All-in-all we would stay here again. Vrbo called multiple times and when she finally answered she told them it was double booked but I paid in full months in advance.
