“Beautiful setting, but disappointing service for a 4-star hotel. The hotel has a beautiful location, a stunning view over western Sicily and pleasant facilities. Unfortunately, the overall experience was far below what we expected from a 4-star property. We were told at reception that the tap water was not drinkable, but there was no clear warning in the bathroom or near the tap. When we asked for free drinking water, we were told the only options were paid bottles from the minibar or……
