“Definitivamente tuvimos una estadía muy placentera. El hotel tiene un hermoso diseño. Nuestra habitación muy cómoda, espaciosa y limpia. El personal muy atento y servicial. El desayuno estaba delicioso. Lo recomiendo 100%. Regresaremos pronto.”

“The staff were exceptionally helpful and helped us make the most of our stay in Salento. The property was quiet, clean, and beautiful. The hotel can connect you with a taxi service that can get you into town for COP 25,000. The breakfast was large and delicious. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Muy recomendable! Todo el tiempo estuvieron pendientes de nosotros, desde que llegamos hasta la salida. Todos muy amables, está bien ubicado. Sin duda alguna regresaría!”

“Alles gut für eine Nacht”

“it's one of the best place i have stayed! when you opening the window in the morning, a group of cows leisurely grazing on the grass, the river, the sun made everything like a paradise. the hosts are very passionate of what they do, the place and facilities are very well maintained. location is in the middle of cocora valley and salento. great experience.”

“Excelente personal muy amable, el desayuno debe mejorar.”

“Check in was super easy, staff were lovely and the place was spotless!”

“The staff was fine and we had no issues with the customer service, the (3) issues are regarding the hotel itself. Bugs. We kept the windows closed at all times but a few times when we came back I would have to deal with a spider or the bug the size of a medium cockroach. The shower. While the shower itself is nice and has hot water, the issue is the shower head isn't movable so you shoulder keeps bumping into the wall and it's very uncomfortable. Paper thing walls. If you're going to book……

“Excelente ubicación, hostal muy lindo y el precio normalmente es muy bueno. Está a una cuadra de todo.”

“Excellent food”

“The bath room is new and shower is great. However it is very noice. We stay at ground floor can hear upper floor walking sound. Also the wall is not good to isolate the noice, can hear any street noice. When people still have party at 1am or 3am, you will wakeup . We cant sleep well for two days. May be bring a earplug is good idea because the noice isolation problem is common here accommodation.”
