“Washing machine but no clothes horse! Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning. On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Very good location and the reception staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will book again. Please sort clothes horse / drying rack”

“The rooms were clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Didn’t have the time to try the spa, unfortunately. What we really didn’t enjoy was the buffet dinners. Not nice at all. Wouldn’t recommend this. We went for the deal offered for 2 meals and regretted this. Loved the peaceful, relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. Easy walk to the beach and local restaurant… delicious food.”

“Family of 5 can’t fault anything from start to finish Welcome by front of staff lovely, rooms lovely, facilities lovely, food was excellent Great location peaceful and only a short walk (10/15mins) to loads of places to eat supermarkets etc, gale beach is a must visit, more sheltered in the cove than salgados (small train hotel run a life saver for tired legs) Will 100 percent be back and recommend”

It’s our second time and we enjoyed it again so much, The rooms are vast and airy, the decor is so Algarve, the bed is confortable, the pool is wonderful, the location is unbeatable,having a drink at AIR right by the beach was memorable. Dinner at sunset at PAPERMOON restaurant was delightful. The only complaint is that all the food us much too salty. Our group of 8 was unanimous. Super hotel but extremely salty food.”

“Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit……

“I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is fantastic, particularly Adriana, the receptionist, and Jackson, who served breakfast in the morning. They’re incredibly caring and offer amazing hospitality. It’s a 10-star hotel, not 8.8 as the ratings suggest! This is a new hotel with rooftop and ground-floor swimming pools and a sauna and cold water treatment on the first floor. They also provide free shuttle buses to the beach and Albufeira old town. The breakfast and dinner……

“2 out of 4 rooms we booked had issues. Breakfast was good. No space reserved for the hotel at the beach. Gym opens at 10AM and close at 8PM. We add ants and cockcruch in the rooms.”

“The hotel main building is not pretty to look at. But the apartment units were pleasant and functional. A fair hike to the beach.”

“Zimmer war groß und ordentlich. Check in hat einfach funktioniert. Frühstück war ordentlich und eine große Auswahl. Poolbereich groß. Ein Baby Pool und ein Kinder Becken mit Piraten Schiff welches mal wieder etwas Pflege bekommen könnte. Am letzten Tag war eine Riesen Veranstaltung die das Hotel aber gut gemeistert hat und man als Gast nicht viel Abstriche machen musste. Restaurants waren geschlossen wegen dieser. Aber es war mit einem Zettel im Zimmer darauf hier gewiesen. Im großen und Ganzen……
