The hosts were amazing, the area is beautiful! The cottage is very charming, if you are plus size/larger the bathroom may be a little tight but still useable, everything else was perfect! Highly recommend and hope to stay again one day!

This was the cleanest vacation rental that I've ever been to! You can tell that it's a labor of love for the owners, and is absolutely adorable. While small, the home has so much personality and is perfect for a short getaway!

I had a wonderful experience here. The location was easy to find and even has a dedicated parking spot. Inside there was everything that I needed. It clean, convenient, and allowed me privacy for a little overnight retreat.

My stay was for business @ BC and I really appreciate Mark & Nancy, the cottage, and the location. The little space was perfect for just me and my thoughts. The bath leaves some to be desired for space to prepare & shower. Cute, quaint, and well kept are words to describe my stay.

I had a most enjoyable stay at Lavendel Cottage. It was clean and well appointed, and the owners made all the details simple and painless. The only detractors were the front door, which can be tricky to lock, and the tiny bathroom with a weird tub. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay there again.

We stayed at Mark and Nancy's cottage on our way to and from visiting family. On our way home we arrived the day after a huge snow storm. Mark shoveled a foot and half of snow for us to have a spot to park and to have a clear path to the cottage. That is going above and beyond! Great hosts!

Such a cute cottage. Preserving the past but modern conveniences. Good for 1 or 2 people as it is small. Property owners friendly and responsive! Close to the college and straight shot to downtown. Will recommend!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at the cottage. Everything was sparkling clean. The bed was comfy. I sat outside on the patio furniture and enjoyed the spacious yard. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We have no complaints at all.

We adored the little cottage so clean and well stocked. They added many things to do hot tub and yard games. Their cat Snuggles is the house welcoming crew and he will grab your heart quickly. They fixed a slow draining tub right away that day. We would definitely stay here again! Lovely!
