Guest access
Guests will have full access to the accommodation for the duration of their stay. It is of utmost importance to mention that all minors must be supervised.

Important note:

In addition to accessing all outdoor areas and their surroundings, we strictly maintain the property and the cleaning required for everyone's peace of mind; however, we have to bear in mind that our location is in an area near a body of water, a mountainous area where by nature we will have the presence of insects, lizards, spiders, toads, mosquitoes and other types of animals.

If this affects your stay, consider another type of accommodation. Remember that the difference makes your stay unique!
Other things to note
Mainly, guests will be given the location of the accommodation on the same day as check-in, two hours in advance (everything will depend on the place of departure).

If the guest has any questions about the location, they will be provided with directions via text message on how to get to the accommodation.

On the other hand, it is important to emphasize that check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. If there is any delay, you will be charged an additional night

Once the guest has arrived, they will be provided with information on how to access the interior of the property by text message
