Apartment in planed log-built three-apartment house, house is built in 1989.
Living room/kitchen, 2 beds in the bedroom, 2 separate beds and double bed on upper floor. The upper floor (about 40 m²) has low room height, maximum height is 1.5 m and there are steep stairs. Sauna and washroom/WC.
Between the apartments in the house, there is a covered space with outdoor fireplace. Space is shared by the apartments.

Illuminated skiing trail 100 m, Spa Holiday Club Salla 1.5 km, Sports hall distance 1,5 km, Salla reindeer park and nature center 3 km, Hautajärvi nature center (operated by the Finnish Forest Administration) 30 km.
