The apartment consists of two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. A complete bathroom, a separate laundry room and a kitchen open to the dining room with direct access to the terrace and views of the beach. The building where the apartment is located has a communal shower at street level, ideal for removing the sand after a day at the beach.
The apartment is completely renovated and includes all the services and security measures to be able to enjoy your stay as if it were your own home. It has a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, washer-dryer and hot water heater. With a heat pump / air conditioning system, it is ideal both in summer and winter, for short or long periods and either on vacation or teleworking, since it has all the necessary elements for it, including free Wi-Fi internet connection. . There is also availability of iron and ironing board in case you need it. You just have to ask for it in advance of your arrival.

1st. We are available for any questions in order to have a pleasant stay.
2nd. The apartment is rented with free sheets and towels.
3rd. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: delivery of keys from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
Check-in time to the apartment: from 4:00 p.m. (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 17:00 may incur an extra charge.
Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.
4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.
6th. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.
7th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.
8º The tourist tax (€1 person per day, max 7 days) will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.
9º The WIFI IS FREE.
