Lovation

Our apartment was lovely and it was away fromNoise. My daughter snd her carer also had a nice stay there. We had restaurants nearby and we went to theme padrk and also there was a nice beach opposite our apartment. Mat was nice time to visit Salu. Would go again

UHC Rodas complex review

Very good apartment with a beautiful view and private parking space on 5 min walk. A lot of shops around the apartment. Kitchen was very enjoyable to use. The two bedrooms had a fan for some extra cool during the night. Bathroom is big enough plus there is also a extra toilet next to the kitchen. We really enjoyed the apartment, cooking lunch or diner and sitting on your balcony and enjoying the view of the beautiful sea. Carolina was our host during the check-in and if we had some trouble. Very kind and friendly and helped us excellent, really pleased with her! Thank you Carolina The kitchen equipment needs replacement. A lot of scratched cooking pans and rust on other equipment. The AC was cold enough, but should have been placed somewhere more central in the living room so that the cold air can go also to the room next to the entrance, the cold air didn't quite go all the way to the room so it was very hot. Also the fan on the ceiling in the bedrooms need a check-up because they make a lot of noise. A tip perhaps: one bedroom has a double bed and one room has a double single bed, change the double bed to also a single because it is a bit small for 2 adults but we liked the room with the double bed the most, also because of the view you have after waking up but the bed was so so so small. so maybe you can think about changing it also to 2 single beds.

Beautiful view

The space worked well for our family. We were Ble to was clothes and hang them to dry. I do wish extra towels and toliet paper were provided but other than that absolutely no complaints. Easy walk to the beach and resaurants and we took advantage of a parking space. It was about 2 blocks away but eould much rather walk to two blocks then try to find street parking. We really enjoyed our stay.

APPARTEMENT RODAS

Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous y retournons. L'emplacement de l'immeuble est idéal et central. La vue du balcon est fantastique du lever au coucher du soleil. L'agencement de l'appartement est très bien fait. Quand je suis arrivée il y avait un tapis de douche sale sur le comptoir de la la salle de bain, les couteaux ne coupaient pas, il y avait du calcaire sur les carrelages de la douche et de la moisissure sur les joint de la douche j'ai du acheter une brosse à dent à poils durs pour essayer d'enlever le calcaire des carrelages sans grand succès. Le patere a serviette était cassé et pas réparé, la porte coulissante de ma chambre le miroir était cassé pas réparé tout cela j'ai reporté à l'agence. Il manquait un second balai pour les WC. La brosse pour faire le ménage était totalement sale, le seau rempli de sable et sale. J'ai du me déplacer pour avoir des couteaux qui coupent alors que j'étais en train de préparer le déjeuner, ensuite pour demander un balais pour les wc, ensuite pour avoir un seau avec le balai et la brosse pour le ménage. Quand j'ai fait le ménage avant de partir les lits et les tables de chevet n'avaient pas été déplacé j'ai laissé un appartement plus propre qu'avant mon arrivée. Avant de partir j'avais bien mis les 2 trousseaux de clé dans l'entrée et on m'a appelé samedi le jour de mon retour en France pour me demander si je n'étais pas partie avec un jeu de clé!!!! Et heureusement que j'avais fait une photo et une vidéo avant de partir j'ai du me justifier au final bien sur les clés ont été retrouvé. Beaucoup de manque d'attention. Cela fait 21 ans que nous venons et hélas je constate toujours des problèmes où on n'a pas passé en revue l'appartement.

Véritable coup de coeur !

Véritable coup de coeur pour cet appartement. Il est lumineux, très bien agencé, la place est optimisée. Très propre. Idéalement situé face à la mer, proche de la plage et des commerces. Prévenir que la serrure du haut ne fonctionne pas et que la porte est très dure à ouvrir. Un store ne fonctionnait pas et il y avait des petites fourmis et insectes. Mais cela ne nous a pas du tout gaché le séjour.

Precioso apartamento.

Su ubicación es inmejorable. Inmejorable terraza. Muy bien equipado. Una cocina muy completa. Sí existe algún problema,lo solucionan rápidamente. Muy atentos en la recogida de llaves. Volveremos a repetir el próximo año por tercera vez.
