Emplacement - terrasse - calme Piscine pour les enfants - proximité mer A transmettre aux propriétaires clé 301 villa 22 guerre pour trouver une place de parking donc Donner un bip de parking à l’intérieur de la résidence Salle de bain du haut qui date des années 60 Le carrelage cassé près de la chambre à balcon Salle de bain sous sol qui pue les canalisations - une infection - de l’eau qui s’échappe de la baignoire Le lavabo qui bouge - à sceller Salle à manger Canapé convertible cassé âgé de 60 ans pourri inutilisable A CHANGER EN URGENCE Cuisine Faudrait penser à mettre une vaisselle correcte pas des assiettes (aucune ne ressemble à l’autre) des bols ébréchés récoltés chez les grands mères après leur décés - rajouter au moins une belle poêle - des cuillères à café - des bols - un service couteaux fourchettes cuillères ça ne ruine pas - des verres à eau corrects Un frigidaire à changer Un grill pain vieux comme le monde qui ne vous donne pas envie de mettre votre tartine Rajouter des prises électriques dans la cuisine et dans la salle à manger Nous avons attendu plus d’une semaine pour que l’auvent terrasse soit réparé ainsi que le climatiseur de la salle à manger j’avoue que la communication avec l’agence de location a été bonne COURSIVE canalisation gros tuyau béant et bouche d’égout béante laissant passer les odeurs — Nous avons dû balayer et désinfecter la coursive Autrement bel emplacement et belle villa si elle était un peu plus entretenue et modernisée comme la villa 23

J'espère être le plus honnête.

La terrasse au dessus de la mer en deuxième rideau est magnifique et nous avons grandement profité de la crique. Tous les équipements sont fonctionnels même si la vaisselle est light en diversité. La maison et surtout la résidence avec la piscine sont très agréables. En conclusion, un vrai plaisir. L'agence est très efficiente de l'arrivée au départ. La vue sur la mer. Le nombre de pièces et surtout la climatisation en cet été très chaud. La piscine de la résidence et son gazon sont une surprise très agréable. L'équipement de la cuisine
