Great location

This property is a bit dated and could do with a bit tlc. When leaving the property it’s very awkward as you have to leave the keys in the apartment therefore you can’t get out of the outer gate!!! Had a nice holiday but we wouldn’t return

La vue sur le front de mer on s'en lasse pas Voici a nos yeux les points a améliore r Double des clés de la porte d'entrée de l'appartement non fonctionnel. Plusieurs baies coulissantes hors service . Garde coups sur le balcon en verre cassé et scotché Le protocole pour récupérer les clés le jour J un peu compliqué car tout le monde arrive en même temps à 16h00 Queue et attente a l'extérieur de l'agence Est il possible de prévenir les locataires si les clés peuvent être récupérées avant cela éviterait l'attente a l'agence . Dommage qu'il y ai une seule place de parking pour un appartement acceuillant 9 personnes On a eu beaucoup de mal à trouver deux stationnement proches de la résidence ( 2h de recherche interminable ) Cela nous a gâché la première journée

L'emplacement, la taille de l'appartement, la propreté et les explications claires lors de l'accueil quelques soucis électriques (éclairage), mais rien d'insurmontable. suggestion: mise à disposition de sacs poubelles (3 à 4) et de tablette pour le lave-vaisselle (3 à 4)

Très bon sejour

Appartement fonctionnel, très bien placé et calme malgré l’emplacement plein centre. La vue sur l’ensemble du golf est magnifique. Idéal pour aller à la plage avec des enfants. La douche en bas de l’immeuble est très pratique.

The service by Universal Holidays was good

The service by Universal Holidays was good. Good communication before and during our stay. We were able to collect our keys in the morning and the whole booking system went without any problems. Barcino was a large, spacious apartment, with the biggest balcony and best view over Salou. The linen and towels were clean and the beds, small, but comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a very comfortable stay and I would return if only for the balcony and view. I thought that the bathrooms were a bit tired and could do with modernising and that the bedrooms could have been made a little brighter with a matching coloured picture, lampshade and bed scarf. The place lacked a few basics like salt and pepperteatowels.
